Jason Mraz was recently on air from London. Jason discusses his new CD "We Sing, We Dance, We Steal Things"..as well as what he may or may not have stolen in his life. Jason also reveals whether or not he'll be coming to Spokane on his U.S. tour.
In a recent Studio Blue appearance, the hard working members of deSol played for River Listener Advisory Board members. Witness the "rock n roll with latin soul" of deSol. Their music is infectious and puts a groove to your body and a smile in your heart.
Matt Nathanson played the Big Easy on Monday, October 29th. He somehow managed to stumble into The River's studio the following morning to play acoustically, and have a side-splitting, uproarious interview. Listen to the fun, and hear some acoustic performances by Matt.
Keeping music alive in our school's, congratulations to Mr B and PS22 -chorus!
An incredible bunch of NYC public school 5th graders! The chorus has performed all over New York, and have gained quite a following on the internet, particularly with Tori Amos fans. They've sung with Tori, Passion Pit, Crowded House, Judy Torres, Lena, and have also performed for Marcia Gay Harden, Matthew Modine, CNN's Paula Zahn, Senator Charles Schumer, and Mayor Michael Bloomberg. Celebrity fans include Perez Hilton, Ashton Kutcher, Rob Dyrdeck, Suzanne Vega, Innocence Mission, Bonnie Hunt, and many more..... Check out the website at http://ps22chorus.blogspot.com
The PS22 Chorus was formed in the year 2000. We are an ever-changing group of 5th graders from a public elementary school in New York City, NOT a school for the arts or a magnet program. Click video to see & hear PS22 Chorus!
